Anglesea Irish Society in conjunction with the Catholic Schools of Southern New Jersey created this annual high school scholarship for incoming freshman showing interest in attending: St. Augustine Preparatory, Our Lady of Mercy Academy, Wildwood Catholic High School or Holy Spirit High School, in order to financially assist those in need of fiscal support for academia. Club President Bill O’Connell says, “I’m proud to have our faith based organization offer scholarships to attend local catholic high schools…As a local resident and parent, I recognize the importance of academics, and I am happy to offer some incentive to young men and women seeking an education from one of our local catholic institutions.”

Officers of AIS and the AIS Scholarship Committee would like to thank all of the Catholic Schools involved with disseminating scholarship information to prospective students. Additionally, Anglesea Irish Society would like to thank all of the prospective students who applied for the scholarship, and we look forward to reading your applications next year.

Thank you to all participants & everyone who donates to us through our various fundraisers. This would not be possible without your support!
