Annual Essay Contest

Due: March 1st, 2026

Open to any 8th Graders of Southern Cape May County that will be attending a Catholic High School next year. 
 
Our organization is rooted in the Catholic faith and inspired by Irish and Celtic traditions that emphasize community, service, courage, and responsibility to others. We believe true leadership is grounded in faith, humility, and a commitment to serving the greater good.
 
In an essay of approximately 500 words, reflect on how your Catholic faith has influenced your understanding of leadership and service. Describe a specific experience in your school, parish, or community where you demonstrated these values in action.
 
Additionally, explain how you plan to carry these principles forward as you continue your Catholic education and grow into a leader who gives back to their community.
